AUCTION PROCEDURES
We aim to give you the best experience in our live auction events. That is why we continue to optimize our processes and simplify our bidding procedures in order to serve you better. Read below to learn more.
STEP 1 : SIGN-UP
Take advantage of the new UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL. Sign-up for an account in order to join the auction, inspect the items online, view your purchase history and a lot more.
A UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL account is REQUIRED to join the auction. Just click the button below to create your account and follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail to verify your account.
STEP 2 : INSPECT
Before bidding, you will be allowed to inspect and check all the items through the Online Listing Catalogue where you can view the pictures, videos and details of the items.
On-site inspection will also be available to REGISTERED BIDDERS WITH DEPOSIT ONLY on a scheduled basis due to our social distancing measures. Register early to reserve your slot!
STEP 3 : REGISTER
In order to bid, you must register to join the live event. Once registration is successful, you will receive a LISTING CATALOG (BID BOOK) and a BIDDER NUMBER.
Log-in to your UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL account, go to the LIVE AUCTIONS page and click the REGISTER button. You need to provide a deposit of P250,000 (refundable / deductible) via online payment to complete your registration.
Upon successful registration, we will send you a printable BIDDER NUMBER to your registered e-mail address. Print and use this to place your bids during the live auction event (ONLINE or ON-SITE). You may also get a physical copy of your LISTING CATALOGUE (BID BOOK), just proceed to the registration counter on-site.
STEP 4 : BIDDING

To bid ONLINE at the live event, just click the “ENTER THE LIVE AUCTION” link sent to your registered e-mail address or through the UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL. Turn on your device’s camera and sit back as our award-winning & professional auctioneers take the floor.
To bid on an item, just raise your BIDDER NUMBER to the camera of your device and wait for your bids to be acknowledged by our bid catchers.
There are no minimum bids nor reserved prices. All items will be sold to the HIGHEST BIDDER.
For the best online bidding experience, we RECOMMEND the use of a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer with webcam connected to a reliable internet connection.

Be in the heart of the action and experience the live sights and sounds of the auction! Just bring your printed BIDDER NUMBER or your physical LISTING CATALOGUE (BID BOOK).
To bid on an item, just raise your BIDDER NUMBER and wait for your bids to be acknowledged by our on-site bid catchers.
There are no minimum bids nor reserved prices. All items will be sold to the HIGHEST BIDDER.

Settle your account’s purchases and take home your winnings during the removal period.
Due to our social distancing measures, we will only accept ONLINE PAYMENTS and removal of purchased items will be on a SCHEDULED BASIS
