UAI Live-Parade Auction in 5 SIMPLE STEPS

1. SIGN-UP
Take full advantage of the new UAI Bidder’s Portal. Sign-up for an account in order to join the auction, inspect the items online, view your purchase history and a lot more.
A UAI Bidder’s Portal account is REQUIRED to join the auction. Just click the button below to create your account and follow the email instructions to verify your account.
2. INSPECT
Before bidding, you will be allowed to inspect and check all the items available for auction. You may do this through the Online Listing (found inside the UAI Bidder’s Portal) where you can view the pictures, videos, and details of the items, or during the On-site Inspection where you can check the items up-close and personal.
During the On-Site Inspection, Our competent personnel will be on hand to assist as you compare and test the items in person.
3. REGISTER
In order to bid, you must Register to the live event to receive a Listing Catalogue and a Bidder Number.
Log in to your UAI Bidder’s Portal account, Go to the “Live Auctions” and click Register. You need to provide a refundable & deductible deposit of P 250,000 through Online Payment to complete your registration.
Upon successful registration, We will send you a Printable Bidder Number to your registered email address. Print and use this to place your bids during the live event both ONLINE & ON-SITE. You may also get a physical copy of your Listing Catalogue (Bidbook), just proceed to the registration counter on-site.
For the best Online bidding experience, we recommend the use of a laptop, tablet or desktop computer with webcam connected to a reliable internet connection.
4A. BID ONLINE
Confidently & securely place your Bids wherever you are using your gadget of choice as long as you are connected.
To Bid ONLINE at the live event, Just click the “ENTER THE LIVE AUCTION” link sent to your registered email address or through the UAI Bidder’s Portal. Turn on your device’s camera and sit back as our award-winning & professional auctioneers take the floor.
To Bid on an item, just raise your Bidder Number to the camera of your device and wait for your bids to be acknowledged by our Bid Catchers.
And as always, there are no minimum bids nor reserve prices. All items will be sold to the HIGHEST BIDDER!
4B. BID ON-SITE
Be in the Heart of the Action and Experience the Live Sights and Sounds of the auction! Just bring your printed Bidder Number or your physical Listing Catalogue (Bidbook)
To Bid on an item, Just raise your Bidder Number and wait for your bids to be acknowledged by our On-Site Bid Catchers.
And as always, there are no minimum bids nor reserve prices. All items will be sold to the HIGHEST BIDDER!
4C. BID BY PHONE

5. PAY & CHECKOUT
Settle your account’s purchases and take home your winnings during the removal period.
Due to our social distancing measures, We will only accept ONLINE PAYMENTS and Removal of purchased items will be on a SCHEDULED BASIS.
Payment & Pullout Dates: MARCH 31 to APRIL 3, 4, 5, 11, 12 & 13, 2023 (Except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
